Feedback on Student Progress
- Teachers will provide weekly feedback to individual students on work submitted online for each subject.
- Report cards will be sent home each trimester
- Back To School Night, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House, Student Study Team Meetings, 504, and IEP meetings will be held as scheduled through a Zoom Conference.
- Teachers will communicate with parents via phone, text, email or online communication tools (Google Classroom, Teachers Web Page, and Showbie)
- Weekly Office Hours will be communicated by the classroom teacher to
students and parents. Office Hours are available to address questions or concerns.
- Major learning will be assessed for reading/math as outlined in the District Assessment Plan.
- Students will be graded in all core subject areas, and on behaviors that support learning.
- Students will be graded on selected standards in Math, ELA, History-Social Studies, and Sciences for Grades K-3.
- Students will be graded on selected standards in Math, ELA/Literacy & Writing, History-Social Studies, and Science for grades 4-8.
- ELD Progress for English Learners is reported in Trimester Report Cards
